Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing: UrbanHaat orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  2. Estimated Delivery: Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the location, courier availability, weather, festivals, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  3. Shipping Charges: Applicable shipping and Cash on Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional orders.

  4. Order Tracking: Tracking details may be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp after dispatch. Courier tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

  5. Failed Delivery: Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect address, customer refusal, recipient unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts.

  6. Damaged or Missing Orders: If an order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact UrbanHaat at majipuja602@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, clear photographs, and a complete parcel-opening video.
