Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period: Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description.

2. Product Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all packaging, tags, accessories, invoice, and free gifts intact.

3. Return Request: Email majipuja602@gmail.com with your name, order number, reason for return, and clear photographs. For damaged, missing, or incorrect products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a complete parcel-opening video.

4. Non-Returnable Products: Used, washed, altered, customised, clearance, hygiene-related, or personal-care products that have been opened are not eligible for return. Products without original packaging or tags will also not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing: After the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method, while COD refunds may be issued through UPI or bank transfer.

6. Cancellation and Return Shipping: Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. If UrbanHaat delivers a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, eligible return shipping costs will be covered. Products must only be returned after approval and to the address provided by UrbanHaat.
